By downloading or using Kro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App helps you manage screen time by requiring physical exercise (push-ups or squats, selectable in Settings) to earn additional usage time for selected apps. The App uses your device camera for real-time rep detection and Apple's Screen Time API for app management.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The App requires Screen Time (Family Controls) authorization to function. By granting this access, you allow the App to restrict and unrestrict selected apps based on your earned screen time. You can revoke this access at any time through your device settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Exercise at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury resulting from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
